Never-ending Pokemon Cheat

Another fun game I used to play in another forum. This is the Never-ending Pokemon Cheat. You just pretty much say some ridiculous things to get to the goal (pretty much how to complete the cheat to get something).

Example:
Sally: First, you catch a Charmander that's level 3 and feed it to Professor Oak..
Jack: Then, you ask Professor Oak for a level 90 Manaphy, and then slap him.
Tom: After you leave his lab, run to Eterna Forest and release the Manaphy..

And so on.

The goal here is to get a shiny Magikarp and activate higher then level 100 Pokemon.
